LOWELL- Groton-Dunstable took their show on the road to Janas Arena where they captured the Middies ALS Holiday Hockey Tournament yesterday with an impressive 8-1 win over Dracut. Senior defenseman Brendon Hunter lit the lamp twice for the Crusaders in the championship game. Groton-Dunstable moves to 2-0-1 on the young season.

The Crusaders participated in an overtime thriller that went to a shootout with Lowell Catholic on Monday. Groton-Dunstable outshot Dracut 57-17. Crusaders goaltender, Jason Robes stopped all 17 shots he faced.

The Crusaders will remain on the road when they face the Hudson Hawks at the New England Sports Center in Marlborough, Saturday at 6:20 p.m.
