Bah Humbug this weekend Nov. 1,2,3
The carolers are rehearsing for this weekend's ShirleyArts! production of Bah Humbug.
A chorus of 20 adults plus 16 children and 12 crew members are putting the finishing touches on the costumes, props, songs and dances that are part of this musical, based on the Classic Dickens Christmas Carol.
Performances of this family-friendly show will be Friday, Nov. 1, and Saturday, Nov. 2, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 3, at 2 p.m. Tickets will be available in the lobby at the Ayer Shirley Middle School, an hour before each performance.

The Friends of Hazen Memorial Library will hold it 10th Annual Holiday Fair and Cookie Sale on Saturday, Nov.
The Holiday Fair is a chance to purchase artisan wares, home essentials and unique gift items -- plus the opportunity to take home a holiday inspired "tin" filled with your choice of hundreds of homemade cookies, generously baked by over 40 local residents for just $10 (same price for four years!) No need to bake for the holidays!

Nashoba Associated Boards of Health, in conjunction with the Shirley Board of Health, announces that a Well Adult Clinic will be held on Thursday, Nov. 7, from 10-11 a.m. at the Senior Center 9 Parker Road, and Tuesday, Nov. 19, from 9:30-11 a.m. at Shaker Meadows, 32 Harvard Road.
Drop in for blood pressure, pulse screening and diet teaching. No appointment is necessary.
