Need a little relaxation time? Well we have a couple of good answers. On Mondays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., we have Qigong. It is a relaxing, simple form of Tai Chi which helps your mind, body and spirit to relax and feel free. On Thursdays from 9 to 10 a.m. we have chair yoga. Have trouble getting up off the mat? No problem. We use chairs, not mats. It's relaxing and helps with your flexibility. Stop by and try it for free.
