Summer in Shirley

Located at the Ayer Shirley Middle School, Summer in Shirley offers summertime adventures in a modern, comfortable facility for rainy day activities with children taking a shuttle bus for fun-filled afternoons of swimming at the Benjamin Hill Recreation Area.

Summer in Shirley has a low child-to-counselor ratio of 4/10:1. The director/senior counselor, Steven Stern, has years of experience working with children in

grades pre-kindergarten through grade 6. Counselors are respected high school-aged students or older who have a passion for working with children. All are CORI-checked and certified in CPR and First Aid.
