Meatloaf supper: 4:30 to 6 p.m., Pepperell United Methodist Church is hosting a Meatloaf Supper with mashed potatoes, gravy, mix vegs., rolls, beverage and freshly baked desserts. Cost is $9 for adults, $8 for seniors and $4 for children. You can EAT OR TAKE OUT. WEATHER PERMITTING: If you want to call the afternoon of supper 978-433-6892 (if no answer there will be no supper) Parking is at premium, so please car pool if at all possible. The door prize you are automatically entered to win with the purchase of your supper ticket. A drawing will be held that night. Located at 1 Chapel Place, Pepperell.

Movie Saturday: 1-3 p.m., Library. Join us for a movie and snacks! This month, we'll watch the new Tim Burton film that came out just in time for Halloween, about a boy whose weiner dog Sparky was hit by a car -- and brought back to life just in time to be shown at the school's science fair! This movie is rated PG. No registration is required.

Lawrence Library holding Food for Fines Week Feb. 12-16

Your help is needed! Bring in a nonperishable food item from the list below and the Lawrence Library will forgive your fines.

This is good for old fines or fines incurred during this week. This offer is not good for lost material charges.

All items will be donated to the PACH. Accepted donation items may include nonperishable food: canned vegetables including cranberry sauce, stuffing mixes, instant mashed potatoes, cake mixes, pie fillings and crusts, etc.

Accepting applications for fuel assistance

This program provides financial assistance to low income households to help with heating bills throughout the winter season. When you book your appointment, be sure to ask what you need for documentation prior to your appointment. The Senior Center's front desk has the list and will be glad to assist you. Democratic caucus set

PEPPERELL -- Registered Democrats in Pepperell will be holding a caucus at Charles F. Lawrence Library, located at 15 Main St., on Saturday, Feb. 9 at 2 p.m. to elect six delegates and two alternates to the 2013 Massachusetts Democratic Convention. Delegates will be divided equally between men and women.

The convention will be held on Saturday, June 1, at the Tsongas Arena in Lowell. All Massachusetts Democrats are chosen at their caucuses, will gather to discuss and ratify the party platform. The caucus is open to all Democrats registered in Pepperell as of Dec. 31, 2012.

Those not elected as Delegates and/or Alternate, who meet the qualifications, may apply to be add-on delegates in the following categories: youth, minority, and disabled.

Discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age, creed, national origin, religion, ethnic identity, sexual orientation or economic status in the conduct of the caucus is strictly prohibited.
