PEPPERELL -- The Quintessential Brass will perform at the Lawrence Library on Saturday, Jan. 19, at 7 p.m.
Founded in 1990, Quintessential Brass has performed across New England. Individual members of the group have performed with well-known orchestras and musicians around the world, on National Public Radio and television, and at such venues as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center and the Kennedy Center. Though originally formed to play brass classics, their common love for jazz and popular music has led Quintessential Brass to push the role of the brass quintet to the limit -- and beyond.
The performance is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served; sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Coffee provided by Starbucks Coffee, Nashua, N.H. Join us on the third Saturday each month for more live music performances. For information call 978-433-0330 or visit www.lawrencelibrary.org.
The Lawrence Library is at 15 Main St.
