DPW board increases director salary by 2 percent

PEPPERELL -- The Board of Public Works agreed to increase the salary of DPW Director Kenneth Kalinowski by 2 percent effective in January, raising his salary to $93,177 from $91,350. Kalinowski's salary increases have lagged behind bylaw employees by six months.

"I've been real pleased with the performance of the director over the past two years," said Commissioner Greg Rice.
