We are pleased to see the Wyss Institute's "organs-on-a-chip" devices getting the national recognition they deserve.

PETA has been a strong supporter of this cutting-edge technology that can replace animals in disease research, drug-testing and chemical-testing.

There are many significant differences between humans and other species, and human health is best served by investing in state-of-the-art nonanimal methods such as these rather than by tormenting animals in crude and cruel studies that are not applicable to humans.
