Cooperative Elder Services Inc., an Adult Day Health and Memory Care Program located at 8 West Main St. in Groton, would like to thank the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts and the Greater Lowell Community Foundation for their generous contributions.
The combined donation of $5,250 supports the scholarship program, providing essential community-based services for elders from the Nashoba Valley and North Central areas.
Cooperative Elder Services in Groton is open Monday through Friday and the program includes a light breakfast, full hot lunch and afternoon snack, daily nursing care, socialization with peers, therapeutic activities, door-to-door transportation and family caregiver support.
