Elizabeth Lahens is an extreme couponer from Webster, and owner of www.extremecoupontoday.com. She is a married mother of two, a competitive roller skater and longtime couponer. She has an associate's and bachelor's degree in paralegal studies from Johnson & Wales University. Lahens has gotten a $375 grocery bill down to $0 with coupons, and you can do it too.

Attendees may bring a nonperishable item that can be donated to Loaves & Fishes Thursday, April 25, from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the Bromfield School Class fee is $30 per person.

There will be no refunds for any withdrawals. Checks will be returned only if the class is cancelled.
