BROMFIELD SCIENCE FAIR RESCHEDULED -- Feb 26
The Science Fair has been rescheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 26.
Students can begin to set up their projects on Tuesday at 2:30 pm.
Judging will take place from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Projects will be available for public viewing from 7:30-8:15.
The Awards Ceremony will begin at 8:15 in the auditorium and is expected to be completed by 9 pm.
4TH OF JULY T-SHIRT CONTEST -- Feb 28
The 4th of July Art Contest is open until Thursday, Feb. 28th. The winning design will be used on this year's 4th of July t-shirts which are sold to raise funds for the parade, fireworks and field activities.
Students in grades 6- 12 are asked to draw a picture with a slogan based on the theme, "Old Fashioned 4th of July." The picture needs to be on standard size white paper with blank ink. The student's name and telephone number should be on the back of the picture so we can notify the winner.
Pictures should be dropped off in the box in the Bromfield Administration office by close of school on Feb. 28th.
The winner will be honored by riding up front in the 4th of July parade.

HARVARD PTO MEETING -- March 2
The Harvard PTO will hold a general membership meeting on Friday, March 1, at 10:15 a.m. at Volunteer's Hall in the Harvard Public Library.
Dr. Joseph Connolly, Harvard's interim superintendent will present the updated Harvard Crisis Plan at the meeting.

HARVARD SCHOOLS TRUST GALA -- March 16
The Harvard Schools Trust is pleased to announce the 24th Annual Spring Dinner -- Theater Gala to be held Saturday, March 16, 2013. The Gala will begin at 6 p.m. with a production by the award-winning Bromfield Drama Society at the Cronin Auditorium, directly followed by dinner, dessert and a silent auction at 7:15 p.m. at the Fellowship Building, 7 Elm St. in Harvard.
This year's play is "The Arsonists," a dramatic comedy by the Swiss playwright Max Frisch. All proceeds from the Spring Dinner-Theater Gala and its fabulous silent auction will be used to fund grant requests for educational enrichment programs at Hildreth Elementary School and the Bromfield School.
