CSI Groton: Thurs., Aug.. 15, 6-8 p.m. Two Groton police officers will teach you beginning detective skills like how to approach a crime scene and how to take fingerprints. Then try out your skills with our very own "crime scene" at GPL. Grades 6-12.
Underground Art: Graffiti with Debbie Banna, Weds., Aug.. 21, 7-8:15 p.m. Legal graffiti is done with markers and paper, not spray paint and walls! Culture's newest art form becomes a class to help kids express themselves.
YA End of Summer Sundae Social:* Thurs., Aug.. 22, 3-5 p.m. Enjoy our sundae bar while you meet with friends to talk about your favorite books, movies, and music or to catch up on what happened this summer and what you are looking forward to this fall. Grades 6-12.
Paint Your Own Pottery,*** Weds., Aug.. 7, 3-4 p.m.** Children in Grades 4-5 can choose one or two pieces -- plate, mug, bowl or tile -- to paint. The items will be taken back to Magic Brush Pottery Shop for firing and returned in one week. Space is limited!
