GROTON -- The Groton Garden Club's Annual Plant Sale will be held on Saturday, May 11, from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Groton Town Hall and will feature the largest selection of plants ever.
This year, members have been very generous, selecting special perennials from their gardens for the event. The club has added something new this year: Tufa planters filled with succulents, mini-Alpine gardens and woodland gardens -- a perfect present for Mother's Day.
This sale is very popular so be sure to come at opening time. Early birds are invited to wait outside the area until the "opening bell at 8:30."
