GROTON -- The Groton Conservation Commission and the Groton Lakes Association will hold a presentation and discussion on the comprehensive lake management techniques the Town of Littleton has implemented to improve watershed conditions around Long Lake.

The presentation will take place Jan. 8 at 7 p.m. in the second-floor meeting room in Town Hall. The discussion will include such topics as how runoff from roads, houses, and lawns affects water quality, low-impact development and building a rain garden. Savas Danos, general manager of the Littleton Water Department and a Groton resident, will lead the discussion. The public is invited.
