Each month the Groton Senior Center plans a different restaurant for a lunch trip. This month the Glenview Pub and Grill in Chelmsford has four fantastic choices for Friday, Aug. 31. The choices are lasagna, Virginia ham dinner, baked haddock, or prime rib.

In addition to the main course you will be treated to your choice of either soup or salad. The cost is $18 a person and includes soup/salad, your main course, soft drink, tax and tip.

Take the Groton COA van for only $3 or drive yourself and meet the group at the restaurant. The van is available to pick up lunch-goers at home or at the Senior Center and will arrive at the restaurant about noon.

Sign-up is required for the trip even if you are driving yourself. Contact the Senior Center at 978-448-1170 and let us know what your lunch choice will be.
