Free Dinner, Live Music, and Good Company: All are welcome to the next Groton Community Dinner at First Parish Church, located at the intersection of Route 40 and Route 119 in Groton. New Town Hall Hours
In an effort to make Town Hall more accessible to residents who work full time and cannot get to Town Hall during normal business hours, the Board of Selectmen has voted, effective Sept. 10, to change the Town Hall Hours as follows:
Monday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Friday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Murder, mystery dinner theater at the Christian Union Church
This comedy entitled "Murder, Mayhem and the Marshmallow Salad" will keep you roaring.
The date: Sat. Sept. 29, at 7 p.m. Come, eat dinner with the actors/actresses. Menu includes appetizers, baked chicken breast dinner, dessert along with laughter (provided by you).
There is also audience participation. See if you can guess who the murderer might be.
Tickets must be purchased in advance for $25 per person. No refunds.
