Weight Loss and Wellness Challenge

Whether you are looking for better health, more energy or to lose weight, these classes will teach you better nutrition for life! Wellness starts with reaching your optimum weight through healthy eating habits and exercise.

The program includes a FREE wellness profile, your own personal wellness coach, free nutrition information, group support, encouragement and free Fit Camp.

Participants learn to develop a realistic, life-long plan for weight loss and physical activity by learning the latest, most incredible information about good nutrition, digestive health, reading food labels, portion control, how and why we hold body fat and much more.

A different topic is covered each week.

Instructor is Darah Middleton

Where: Memorial Hall, upstairs, 272 Main St.

When: 12 weeks, Thursdays starting Sept. 11, 7-8 p.m.

Cost: $39 for the entire 12 weeks!!!, payable to Townsend Recreation.

Learn new skills, improve on what you already know and have fun!

Eight sessions, Fridays 6-7:30 p.m., Sept. 12,19, 26, Oct. 3,17, 24, Nov. 7,14.
