Free Concert: Hope Haitian Choir Aug. 19

Sixteen girls and boys from Port-au-Prince, Haiti, singing and dancing in a high energy, meaningful concert, will be performing at Pepperell Christian Fellowship, 17 Main St. Members ranging in age from 7-15 are brought to the US for one month after training and rehearsals in Haiti, ready to inspire with their enthusiasm and genuine faith.

Goals for the choir include developing young leaders who will return to their people better equipped to make a productive impact. A love offering taken will go towards building a church and school on land recently purchased in the village of Lamarre, Haiti, through which they hope to bring an international sponsorship program to this impoverished region. Concert is at 6:30 p.m.. For information visit www.hopehaitian.com or www.pcfchurch.org.
