Part 1: Healthy Household, three-segment seminar
The truth is this ... we all try! We recycle, buy organic, give away used items instead of throwing them away, take vitamins, change out our lightbulbs, stay active...
It's hard to fit in all the green, clean and healthy tips we see online or hear about from friends. We want to but it's a lot!
This series is about giving you bite-sized options that you can pick and choose from to fit into your life. Conversations, demonstrations and recipes for the small changes that make a big impact!
