The Weight Loss Challenge is a community event designed to help educate people on how to live healthier lives. We provide educational classes to help people gain nutritional information. The classes last about one hour each week and are on-going for 12 weeks.
Whether you are looking for better health, more energy or to lose weight, these classes will teach you better nutrition for life. Wellness starts with reaching your optimum weight through healthy eating habits and exercise.
How Does it Work?
The Weight Loss Challenge is a one-hour class that meets weekly, for 12 weeks.
The program includes a free wellness profile, your own personal wellness coach, free nutrition information, group support and encouragement and a free Fit Camp. Participants learn to develop a realistic, lifelong plan for weight loss and physical activity by learning the latest, most incredible information about good nutrition, digestive health, reading food labels, portion control, how and why we hold body fat and much more. A different topic is covered each week.
