Flea market every Saturday
The Federated Church of Ayer will host a flea market every Saturday, Dec. 7, through April 15, weather-permitting, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Come and shop or come and sell. Cost per table is $15.

Nashoba Associated Boards of Health, in conjunction with the Ayer Board of Health, announces that a Well Adult Clinic will be held free of charge for the general public Friday, Feb. 7, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at Carlin's Restaurant, 48 Main St., Ayer; Friday, Feb. 21, from 11 a.m. to noon at the Senior Center, 18 Pond St., no appointment necessary; and Fridays, Feb. 14, 21 and 28 at the Town Nurse's office, 51 Cambridge St., Ayer, by appointment only. Drop in for blood sugar and blood pressure testing.

Valentine Family Dance Party Feb. 15
SAVE The DATE!! Valentine Family Dance Party will be held at the Center Town Hall, 3 Parker Road, on the common in Shirley, Saturday Feb. 15, 6-9 p.m. with DJ Bob Wright from The Main Street Café in Groton.
Pizza, snacks, desserts and a cash bar (beer, wine and soft drinks) will be provided by the Bull Run Restaurant. Come and boogie with the ones you love on the best dance floor in town! $3 per person, children 3 and under free.

The next Game Night is scheduled for Friday, March 7, from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Bob Eisengrein Community Center. Winter parking ban
A winter parking ban is in effect through April 15. The winter parking ban prohibits the parking of any motor vehicle on the street or sidewalk throughout the town of Ayer overnight and during snow storms (12:01 a.m. to 6 a.m.)
Selectmen also wish to remind residents and businesses of their responsibility to keep walkways/sidewalks safe from the natural and unnatural accumulation of snow and ice to prevent injuries from slips and falls on snow and ice, and to not force people to walk into the roadway.
