HARVARD -- Now through March 2, Harvard Girl Scouts will have the once-a-year iconic treat, Girl Scout cookies, available to the public.

The varieties of cookies, which cost $4 a box, include Samoas, Trefoils, Thin Mints, Tagalongs, Do-Si-Dos and Savannah Smiles.

The weekend of Jan. 17 through 19 will be the public's first chance to secure their box of Thin Mints and their chance to launch a girl toward her goals as local troops officially kickoff the 2014 cookie season with "cookie booths" -- cash and carry sales. The girls will have all six varieties of cookies for customers to buy and take with them.

Starting this weekend, troops will be selling cookies at the Transfer Station on Saturdays through March 1.

Your continued support of Harvard Girl Scouts is appreciated by all girl members and adult volunteers!
