Seed Saving with Jodi Gilson Jan. 19
Join Jodi Gilson for an intro to seed saving.
Libraries such as the Groton Public Library and the Concord Library have seed lending libraries! How does it work?? Borrow some of the library's heirloom seed, plant it in your garden and enjoy the harvest. Then let your best plants go to seed. Save the seeds and return some to the library for others to enjoy.
Townsend Library is considering the formation of a Seed Lending Library in 2014! We would love to see interested people attend this program on Jan. 19, at 3 p.m. Location: Meeting Hall A.
