Barns Across 3 Centuries to be held Oct. 18 from 6:30-8 p.m. at the Dunstable Public Library. Sue Tully shares images and stories of over 40 local barns.
Meet Marie and Carl Hills on Oct. 20 from 1-3 p.m. at the Lawrence Library in Pepperell. The owners of Kimball Fruit Farm share their story on how a dairy farm was slowly turned into today's popular fruit farm.
American Farm Implements on Oct. 21, 1-3 p.m. at Beaver Brook Association in Hollis. John Ott looks at men, publications and tools that changed farming in 19th century New England.
The Future's in the Dirt on Oct. 28, 2:30-5:30 p.m. at Groton-Dunstable High School Black Box Theater. Ben Hewitt, farmer and author of "The Town That Food Saved," shares how his town used farming and food to revitalize a community around sustainable agriculture. Co-hosted with Groton Local.
