HARVARD -- The Shaker Village House Tour on Saturday, Sept. 15, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., is a truly once-in-a-lifetime event. For the first time, the public can visit the privately owned places where the Harvard Shakers lived, worked and worshipped.

An opportunity for the public to visit all of these homes at once has never been presented before, and may never happen again.

Tickets include admission to Fruitlands Museum and the Harvard Historical Society Shaker Exhibit on Saturday and Sunday.

A fundraising event for the Harvard Historical Society is also planned.

Ticket price is $60 for HHS members and $75 for nonmembers and is tax deductible.
