GROTON -- Applications are now available at Country Day School of the Holy Union on 14 Main St. in Groton for students grade pre-kindergarten through eighth-grade.
Country Day School is a private, independent, co-educational Catholic school serving 135 students in grades pre-K through 8. An informational Open House will be held at the school from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 26. Information about the academic program, extracurricular activities and student life will be displayed throughout the school.
Country Day School is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. A challenging and supportive curriculum sets the highest standards for intellectual and spiritual growth, while the small class sizes enable students to be known as individuals. Aside from the standard curriculum in Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies, Country Day School also offers a variety of enrichment courses, including French classes starting at grade 2.
Families are also encouraged to visit the school's website at cdsholyunion.org for information about the school.
