Senior captain MacKensey Farina led the Lady Patriots with a game-high 18 points in her team's win at Gardner. North Middlesex head coach Pat Murphy's girls are off to their hottest start in recent history as they move to 5-0 on the season. North Middlesex outscored the Wildcats 41-8 in the final half to secure the win.

Junior point guard Lindsay Werner scored 24 points for Groton-Dunstable (3-2), which led 31-27 at halftime.

Junior center Alex Pray scored 9 points for G-D. St. Bernard's took control in the fourth quarter after the game was tied through three.

Nashoba Tech 39

Junior guard Brianna White's 13 points led host Nashoba Tech in the tournament's consolation game. Junior point guard Lauren Kelly, who had 4 points, 6 assists and 4 steals in this game, was named to the all-tournament team.

Junior Amber Uzzell had 8 points and 10 rebounds for the Vikings.

Bromfield sophomore center Amanda Accorsi turned in a double-double for the host Lady Trojans with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Kirsten Sundeen led Bromfield (1-2,0-1 Mid-Wach D) with 10 points in its Mid-Wach D opener against Murdock. Murdock was led by Amber and Autumn Brown, who both finished the night with 16 points, each.

Senior center Gabby Hebert netted a team-high 16 points as the Lady Panther (2-2 overall ,2-1 Mid-Wach D) won its Mid-Wach D contest over Tahanto Friday night. The Lady Stags were led by Rachel Wilhelmy who finished the night with a game-high 22 points.

North Middlesex (2-2) senior captain Tyler Thomas was the game's leading scorer with his 19 points and 12 rebounds. Sophomore captain Corey Romich led the visitors from Groton-Dunstable with 12 points, while teammate Scotty Csaplar led the Crusaders (0-4) with nine boards.

Sophomore Jake Frackiewicz led the Bromfield Trojans with his game-high 17 points in Friday night's Mid-Wach D opener in Winchendon. Teammate Ben Neville also was productive from the field with his 12 points. The win marks the first of the year in five tries for first-year head coach Ryan Kilian's Trojans. Murdock (0-5) was led by Hunter Russell and Jared Nelson, who each had 12 points.

Chris Patano led Ayer Shirley with his 15 points as the Panthers drop to 1-3 on the young season and 0-1 in the Mid-Wach D. Senior captain Ryan Richards also finished in double-digits with his 13 point performance. The Stags were paced by seniors Bryan Hayes (17 points, nine rebounds) and Ben Tasker (11 points, seven rebounds) , who locked down Ayer Shirley's offense in the waning seconds.

Josh Rabbit scored for Groton-Dunstable in the third period, but the Crusaders fell to 2-2-0. Groton-Dunstable senior goalkeeper Jason Robes made 28 saves in the loss.

North Middlesex senior captain Danny McNamara scored two goals in the Patriots shutout win over Tyngsboro. The Patriots, with the win, move to 3-1 on the season at the time of publication. Ryan McCarthy and PJ Dupre also tallied goals in the win. Senior captain Ryan Twomey made 12 saves in his first shutout win of the season.
