CONCORD -- Congresswoman Niki Tsongas (D-Lowell) and her Republican challenger Jon Golnik of Carlisle have agreed to appear at the League of Women of Voters Third Congressional District Candidates' Forum on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2 to 3 p.m., at the Concord-Carlisle High School Auditorium, 500 Walden St., Concord, MA.

The Leagues of Women Voters of the Acton Area, Concord-Carlisle and Westford are co-sponsoring the forum with the support of the LWVs of Andover/North Andover, Chelmsford, Greater Haverhill, Harvard, Sudbury and Worcester Area.

The LWV is asking voters to propose questions for the forum by Sept. 21 by emailing questions@lwvcc.org. (Please include street address and city or town.)

The general election will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 6. Eligible residents must be registered to vote by Oct. 17.
