Lydia Scheufele, Alexis Blackwell, Sarah Kahn, Wren West, Marlina Hansen and Alivia Hendrickson celebrate Flag Day with their classmates during the Ayer Shirley PTO's Walkathon fundraiser at Lura A. White Elementary School. Students in grades K-5 walked a total of 9,233 laps and raised approximately $3,000 for the organization, which funds field trips, activities, and curricular materials for the Ayer Shirley Regional School District.
