The Nashoba Valley Weavers Guild, a group of weaving enthusiasts based in Harvard, is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
We are meeting on Tuesday, June 26, 6:30-9 p.m., at the Healing Garden in Harvard for a potluck dinner and celebration.
This year's challenge to guild members is to create a handwoven piece in honor of the 25th anniversary, by using the color silver or the number 25 in the design. Prizes will be awarded.
Additionally we will have some displays of members' photos and weavings from 25 years ago and items from our history. We'll have some games and perhaps assemble a time capsule to be opened by the Guild during its 50th anniversary celebration.
All current and former members of the guild are welcome.
