AYER -- Got a question for any of the 13 candidates on the April 30 local election ballot? Ayer Public Access Corporation (APAC) has a solution.
APAC invites residents to submit their questions online to the candidates in the upcoming April 30 election. The questions will be compiled and asked of the candidates during a Candidates Forum being hosted by Ayer Public Access Corporation (APAC).
APAC will accept the questions from residents at its new website www.ayerpac.org until March 28.
All local candidates are being invited to the forum and will be asked to briefly describe their background and reasons they are seeking office. Resident questions regarding a specific office will be put to the candidates as well. The resulting program will be broadcast over APAC Channel Eight during the two weeks preceding the election, and also will be available on demand at the APAC website.
The forum is a joint project of APAC and an ad hoc group of residents. Questions may be directed to candidates for any of the thirteen local offices to be filled in the April 30 town election.
